Giving tithes and offerings to the local church is not just an act of obedience, it is our privilege. We give out of gratitude to God for the blessings He has given us. We give in recognition that He is more important than money or anything else. We give in faith that He will continue to meet our needs. We give to support the ministry of the local church as it fulfills its mission to share the Gospel with people in our community and those around the world.
